You need to exchange a product within 1 days.
Only wrong delivered item and Damaged items are exchangeable.
All products that need to be exchanged, should be sent back to us.
Only for limited pin codes and charges of return will be adjusted from customer payment.
If the customer self-ship the returns, the one side shipping costs would be charged on customer self.
Initial shipping and COD charges (if any) are non-refundable.
The tags on the product should be intact.
The product should be unused condition.
The item should be returned with its original packaging.
Only after receiving it, we will inspect and initiate the refund process (if all policy conditions are met)
You will receive an email with a tracking link once your exchange order has been dispatched from our warehouse.
When free gifts/offers are associated with the purchases and the customer wishes to exchange the purchase, then the customer has to return the free products along with the purchased product.
Exchange will be accepted only for products purchased on this website.
Jagwonder products bought from other stores/websites cannot be returned to us.
Jagwonder reserves the right to reject any exchange request if any of the above conditions are not met.
